Official Statement
An officer commented: “Residents, motorists and our traffic officers have had enough with these crowds of drivers selfishly taking over public roads and parking areas and we will not tolerate it.”
He added: “They are not only a total disturbance, but they also place themselves and uninvolved individuals at danger of serious injury.”
He finished: “We will continue to prosecute these drivers and I trust these latest incidents serve as a caution: you won’t get away with it.”
