Battlefield 6 BR Mode Arrives Very Soon as a Complimentary Experience
After quite some time of speculation, the BR game type for BF6 is finally releasing. Recent rumors claiming its arrival would align with Season 1 were true. Players can access the action starting very soon.
The New Season Bringing a Brand-New Arena, Game Type, and Weapons
Alongside the BR mode, the first season is also beginning. It introduces a brand-new arena, a fresh game type, and fresh guns. What's more, Redsec is arriving. An featured teaser will go live at release, providing fans a taste of what's to come.
F2P Structure Allows Redsec Open to Any Player
Maybe the biggest news is that this new experience will be F2P. Much like popular games, you don't have to buy the original Battlefield 6 to play. A number of players have previously experienced alpha versions of the experience. These playtests were run in Battlefield Labs, which the team described as their largest fan involvement project.
The intense thrill during encounters with enemy players is unmatched in different battle royale. It feels a true survival situation, and you genuinely worry if you make it or not.
Despite being a snob beforehand, I'm fully a fan of the new mode now that I've experienced it.
These first feedback from testers have been very positive. Certainly, the mode may have been adjusted over the past few weeks in terms of balancing and speed. But, first impressions are positive that Redsec could become a true alternative to established games. Players are hoping that the best guns from the main game will also apply in the battle royale.
